The Partners: Matthew J. Minnaugh, Charles G. Knight, James A. Schaffner, Dennis W. Grow
In 1995, James Schaffner, Charles Knight and Matt Minnaugh founded Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C. The principals joined forces due to their mutual, professional respect for one another and a common philosophy of excellent client service. In 2006, the firm proudly named Dennis Grow as the fourth principal to the firm. In 2009, the firm admitted Janel Bonsell, Pete Eaglen, and Dan Sloppy as principals to the firm. On January 1, 2010, Dave Herbe was admitted as the eighth firm principal.
Since it's inception, Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C. has held a consistent record of delivering superior customer solutions to owner operated businesses.
