Dennis W. Grow, CPA/PFS, a tax consulting principal, joined Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C. in 1998. He was named the firm's fourth principal in 2006.

After graduating from Strong Vincent High School, Dennis earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College in 1982. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1987 and a Personal Financial Specialist in 2001.

With more than 20 years of public accounting experience serving clients in the Erie area, Dennis specializes in corporate and individual income tax consulting and compliance. Dennis also manages the tax compliance aspects of Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C. He is responsible for the timely delivery of quality tax services.

Dennis provides clients with personal financial planning services, including estate and retirement planning, education funding, and investment analysis.

In addition, Dennis is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Tax and Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) divisions. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Dennis volunteers his time as the vice chair of the Family Services of Northwestern Pennsylvania Board of Directors. He is also a member of the United Way Leadership Giving Committee and a member of the finance committee of the Erie Chamber of Commerce.
