Debra A. Foister, CPA, CFE, CFF, senior litigation specialist, joined Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C. in 2003. She specializes in tax consulting and compliance as well as business valuation and litigation support.

Deb graduated magna cum laude from Edinboro University, where she earned her B.S. degree in Business Administration and Accounting. She became a Certified Public Accountant in 2005 and a Certified Fraud Examiner in 2007. The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants awarded Deb with the Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) Credential in 2008.

Deb was honored with the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society in Business Administration award in 2002.

She is a member of the American Institute and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of the Certified Fraud Examiners.

In service to her community, Deb is the treasurer and board member of the Erie Summer Festival of the Arts.
