Cynthia A. Harle, a tax consultant, joined Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C. in 2006. Cynde, who is a Notary Public, specializes in client bookkeeping, payroll tax reports, and tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

Prior to joining Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C., Cynde acquired 15 years of accounting and tax preparation experience by working for a CPA firm in Jamestown, NY. Cynde also did bookeeping for many years at various private companies in the Jamestown area.
