Russell D. Chelton, CPA an accounting and auditing associate, joined Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C. in 2008. He concentrates on accounting, auditing, and financial reporting, as well as individual taxation.

After graduating from McDowell High School, Russell earned his B.S. degree in Accounting from Gannon University in 2007. In 2009, he became a Certified Public Accountant.
