Rachel L. Kinal, tax consultant, joined Schaffner, Knight, Minnaugh & Company, P.C. in 2008. As part of the Tax Consulting and Compliance Department, Rachel specializes in corporate and individual income tax consulting and compliance.

A graduate of Clymer Central School in Clymer, New York, Rachel earned her B.S. degree in Accounting from SUNY Fredonia.
